DESCRIPTION
Forge – Welded industrial gratings are fully resistance welded as a result of heat application at the metal intersection points of the bearing bars and the cross bars. This fully automated process provides homogeneous welding at all intersection points generating gratings of optimum load distribution and high static ability.
The Forge-Welded industrial gratings are manufactured from bearing bars 25/2mm up to 80/5mm and cross bars either twisted or round or squared forming different pitches.
Each grating and according to the application is provided with the suitable welded binding bar.
Forge-Welded industrial gratings are manufactured according to DIN24537, from steel S235JR (EN10025) and follow the RAL GZ 638 quality assurance norm.
The finished industrial gratings are galvanized according to EN ISO 1461.
